4 Producers Sample Pack

I was invited to be a guest producer on Andrew Huang’s 4 Producers, 1 Sample episode on YouTube alongside guests Recue and Flux Pavilion!

The sample we all used for our tracks was from Jamie Lidell and when I first heard it, I fell in love with the quality of his vocals. I turned it into a cinematic ambient house track with all live strings, manipulated the sample a bunch and edited the vocal into little snippets. It felt very apropos to the current climate of the pandemic with the lyrics “Can I hold you anymore?” really speaking to me from my home of solitude, living and being alone for most of the past year.

This sample pack consists of organic, longing strings massaged to create varied and envelope-pushing sample-based palettes. Each sample encapsulates the raw emotion of my Future Classical signature sound with loops, one shots, FX and sound beds curated from my 4 Producers track.

Unlimited Expansiveness Sample Pack

I wrote Unlimited Expansiveness to remind us to be expansive with our thinking. The more we focus on expanding, the faster we move through our limitations. We have choices in everything we invest our energy in and even the smallest of choices can impact our growth. For me, music is the most inclusive space. It gives me full permission to create and express myself. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health and I find when I am deep in musical reflection I feel more free and expansive.

Unlimited Expansiveness represents a divergence from the last music I made two years ago. I wanted to take my time to develop my new Future Classical sound and voice as an artist and to use the sounds and energy that truly represent my being at this time. The last music I put out was still very influenced by my Alluxe project and signified the start of the “crossfade” to the more cinematic and organic sound that I’ve created with Unlimited Expansiveness. The sample pack that accompanies the song is meant for fellow producers and composers to expand their palette and create without limitations of their own.

Future Classical Sensel Sample Pack

Expanding on existing packs from Laura Escudé, Sensel transformed the sample players into truly textural instruments. Inspired by Laura’s violin playing, Sensel adopted classical tactility to her futuristic sounds, incorporating the Morph’s pressure and location sensitive surface to create new sonic sculptures.

Designed for the Sensel Morph, but playable by all! If you don’t have a Sensel Morph, you can use the Mod and Pitch Bend wheels on a standard MIDI keyboard to simulate the XYZ controls of the Morph.
